Who can open an account?
Accounts are open to distributors, wholesalers and research buyers. Every application is reviewed before ordering is switched on.
Can I order without an account?
Prices are open to everyone, but ordering is for approved accounts. Apply for an account and sign in once you are approved.
Ordering and pricing
What is a kit?
A kit is ten vials of the same product and strength. Every product is sold by the kit, and every price on the site is the price of one kit.
Can I order single vials?
No. Orders are placed in whole kits only, such as 1, 5 or 12 kits.
How do the price tiers work?
Each product has three prices per kit: one for 1-4 kits, a lower one for 5-9 kits and the lowest for 10 or more kits. The tier is set by how many kits of that product are in your order.
Do kits of different products count toward the same tier?
No. Tiers are counted per product. Five kits of one product move that product to the 5-9 kit price, and other products keep their own tier.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Any order of at least one kit can go through.
Payment and shipping
When do orders ship?
Orders dispatch 24-48 hours after payment.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $20 per box. Each box holds up to 400 vials (40 kits).
Research use
Can these products be used in people or animals?
No. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only and is not for human or veterinary use.
